About SIM card
a. If your watch is unable to read the SIM card, please make sure that the card has been inserted as it should be. You are going to hear a clicking sound when SIM card was inserted as it should be.
b. All Network frequency bands in the North America: TDD: Band 41(uS)/42(CA); FDD: Band 2/4/5/7/12/13/17/25/26

About Connection
1.Find the “Assistant” app on your watch — Click “Connect Phone”
2.Enter the “wiiwatch2” app on your phone — Click on “connect device” — “Scan QR code” (You could also refer to page 9 of the manual.)
PS: If the connection is unsuccessful, please uninstall the “wiiwatch2” app and clear the Bluetooth pairing record. Then reset the watch and take a look at again.
