Foto 9.25 uses a 6K monochrome panel, with an unbelievable 5760 X 3600 array of pixels. with better lifespan and better printing speed. The UV transmission can reach 6% (RGB LCD is about 1%) on a monochrome screen, Obviously it’s going to decrease exposure time.
Smart matrix UV module provide more consistent UV light across the 6K phole LCD mask. as a result of the powerful light engine, you’re going to get excellent print quality with 35 micron resolution.
9.25″ screen expand the machine’s build volume to a massive 197x122x200 mm. Larger build volume gives people more choices. you’ll have those models printed in larger scale, hence more precisely showing out the model details. But even so, larger build volume makes it conceivable to print multiple models in one go. Producing products in the same batch is wonderful for making improvements to productivity.
The combination of dual linear guide rail, rod motor and anti-backlash nut is adopted to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the platform along the Z-axis with accurate positioning and eliminate the layer lines caused all the way through printing.
