Many people don’t not know how to connect (please make sure you already know how to connect it, we have detailed steps on the box and instruction manual). We point out the note list and will benefit you, this is the easiest way to connect:
- 1 Step: Make sure to connect to the Internet, please turn on the WiFi (2.4Ghz) and Bluetooth function of the mobile phone
- 2 Step: Please let the light bulb flash, remember that the essentials of action [turn on-off-on-off-on smart bulb, at least once], then the light bulb flashes
- 3 Step: Click the “+” in the upper right corner of the APP, the app starts to automatically search and find the light bulb, and then click Pair.
Notice:
Why does the light bulb flicker? Indicates that it wants to connect to your phone.
Why RGB light bulb is not blinking? Please make sure your BLE and WiFi are turned on at the same time, Please note only 2.4Ghz WIFI;
Why the connection is disconnected?
-1. The router is connected to too many devices, and some devices need to be turned off;
-2. Please avoid using it with a metal lampshade, because the metal lampshade will impact the WiFi signal.
