SD card capacity.
The MicroSD card may show reduced capacity when inserted into a PC as it is pre-loaded with NOOBS. If it would be formatted, it’s going to show full capacity, which will also be expanded at will.

2. If it can’t be solved, .
a. Check if there are pre-installed files on the SD card
b. If not solved, reinstall the system.Poor system compatibility can also result in no power up.
c. If not solved, please replace a new SD card, discard the preinstalled file, use the new SD card to boot.If this is resolved then there is a problem with the SD card.
d. If not solved, replace the AC adapter and power cord and test again.

When there’s no video output:
1. Try changing the HDMI port/HDMI cable/monitor, and also try to see if SSH will also be connected to check if there is a problem with the motherboard.
2. If SSH cannot be connected and the motherboard is booted, please format the SD card and reinstall the system.
