OVERVIEW
The Nylon Filament Blended with Carbon Fiber is a new material for 3D printing users.
In comparison to traditional nylon, this new material has higher abrasion resistance but lower
compression. It is widely used to print high-quality functional parts and medical applications.
All these great properties for this new material:
-High Flex Modulus (6.2 GPa) – 2X vs PLA
-Tough not brittle
-High Glass Temp ( Tg=80c )
-Very High Melt Strength
-Very High Melt viscosity
-Good Dimensional Accuracy With No Warping
-Low Odor / Styrene Free
-Beautiful Matte Black Surface

Make sure this fits by entering your model number.
[Incredible Strong] We use a new formula to toughen its rigidity and print performance: 75% nylon coupled with 25% carbon fiber, which is able to take on your next project. With at least 20% Nylon based carbon fiber SainSmart CF20 is Easy to print, with great surface finish and strength to take on some of your most demanding jobs.
[Lower Shrink Rate] It features with lower shrink rate, higher strength, and rigidity, less warpage and more resistant to wear and tear In comparison to the traditional nylon filament.
[Smooth Printing] Produce high-quality parts that are easy to process and look great; all whilst delivering functionality, stiffness, dimensional stability and heat resistance in an easy to print material.
[Application] It is suitable for those taking a look to make both strong and flexible industrial parts, prosthetic, medical equipment, and complex costumes, and so forth. Optimal print temperatures of 260 – 280°C(500-536°F) with a build surface temperature of 80-90℃make it a great choice for professional and home 3D printers.
[Tips] Carbon Fiber is abrasive and in general, these fibers will hastily accelerate the nozzle-wear of brass nozzles. It is highly Advisable that you use nozzles made from Stainless steel or other hardened alloys. For better layer adhesion and strength, a constant ambient temperature is needed, we Advisable you to print in a enclosure or with an enclosed printer to get the most productive result.
