Q:why can’t view the sleep tracker?
A:1.please confirm your app if connected with the watch,and the watch only read sleep data from 22:00-08:00,so if you sleep from 08:01-21:59,there will no data,thanks
Q:why can’t i turn on the call function？
A:When the power of the watch falls below 25%, the watch will be unable to turn on the call function in order to save the power. You only need to charge the watch to 30% or more to turn on the call function.
